That means that everyone after registering on our Site can edit or add the information, University programs, courses etc. based on the true and confirmed information.
Please be aware that you are legally responsible for all of your published material (the "Content"), contributions, edits, and re-use of the Site content under the laws of the jurisdiction relevant to the country of registration and other applicable laws (which may include the laws where you live or where you view or edit content). This means it is important that you use caution when posting content. In light of this responsibility, we have some rules about what you cannot post, most of which is either for your own protection or for the protection of other users like yourself. Please keep in mind that the content we host is for general informational purposes only.

Scope of our Service — Information on the Site
Through the Site, ArianaGroup offers an online platform where users can explore a variety of educational institutions—including universities, colleges, and schools (collectively referred to as "University(s)")—along with the academic programs available to current and prospective students ("Applicants"). Users can register on the platform, update certain information in accordance with the terms of this agreement, and submit applications to one or more Universities.
The information we display regarding Universities is based on data provided either by you or by our suppliers and partners, which may include universities themselves, their official representatives, affiliates, or other users of the Site. Accordingly, Universities or their designated representatives may be granted permission to modify their content on the platform, including program details, institutional descriptions, and related data.
Once a University has verified and registered its official representative, that individual may gain control over editing rights for program content. At that point, the University becomes solely responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, including programs, courses, fees, requirements, images, and availability. Universities are entirely accountable for the completeness, reliability, and accuracy of all data displayed under their name. Due to potential rapid changes in circumstances or market conditions, some information on the Site may become outdated or inaccurate without prior notice. If issues arise, our Customer Service team will use reasonable efforts to assist and act as a liaison between you and the University.
While ArianaGroup will apply reasonable skill and care in delivering its services, we do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided by third parties. We cannot be held liable for incomplete or incorrect data, delays in information delivery, typographical errors, or disruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or other interruptions.
The information presented on the Site should not be interpreted as a recommendation or endorsement of any University’s academic reputation, teaching quality, or ranking. ArianaGroup makes no warranties or representations concerning the academic standing, credibility, or overall quality of any institution listed.
All analytical content and rankings presented on the Site remain the intellectual property of ArianaGroup. These rankings, though based on specific datasets, are the subjective interpretations of our experts and should not be considered official or definitive. We welcome constructive feedback and suggestions regarding the methodology used in generating these rankings to support their ongoing improvement.
Refusal of processing an application
We reserve the right to decline any application—or, in exceptional cases, to cancel previously accepted applications—at our sole discretion and for any legitimate reason, without being required to provide a justification for the refusal.
Common reasons for rejecting an applicant or application may include, but are not limited to: a request from the University, violation of our Terms of Use, legal constraints, suspected fraud or theft, suspected criminal activity, questionable or incomplete applications, submission of false or misleading information, payment or credit card issues, inappropriate or abusive behavior, refusal to provide required details, practical limitations, communication difficulties, apparent mistakes (see below), previous history, or blacklisting by international or governmental bodies (e.g., the USA, EU, UN, etc.).
We also retain the right to suspend or permanently ban ("blacklist") users from accessing the Site, either temporarily or indefinitely, at our discretion. Users who have been blacklisted must not attempt to reaccess the Site under a different name or account.
In rare situations, we may cancel or reject applications due to what we consider “obvious errors,” regardless of how such errors occurred. An obvious error refers to information on the Site (such as pricing or program duration) that a reasonable user would clearly recognize as incorrect. The decision to cancel or reject an application on these grounds will be made at the sole discretion of ArianaGroup.

ArianaGroup reserves the right to use, modify, remove, or decline to publish any submitted content as it sees fit, and is not required to offer compensation, editing privileges, or post-submission modification options.

You release ArianaGroup, along with its licensees, affiliates, and successors, from any claims related to those moral rights.

Miscellaneous
ArianaGroup does not in any way—whether directly or indirectly, independently or in association with any third party—own, manage, operate, or control any educational institutions listed on the Site. By using this platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArianaGroup from any liability, loss, claim, damage, or expense (including legal costs) that may arise due to your actions, inactions, or omissions. If you are using the Site on behalf of another individual (a “third party”), such as a friend or family member, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and must ensure that the third party is fully informed about and agrees to the applicable terms and conditions.
You are personally responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations. Legal practices vary by jurisdiction—what may be permitted in one country may be prohibited in another—so it is your duty to ensure you are aware of any relevant restrictions.
For user convenience, the Site and the Terms of Use may be made available in multiple languages and regional formats (including different top-level domain versions). However, the original Terms were written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English-language version will take precedence and be legally binding.
The Terms of Use are considered severable. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will still be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the validity of the remaining terms will not be affected. Where necessary, the unenforceable clause will be replaced with language that best reflects the original intent and purpose.
ArianaGroup reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or permanently remove the Site or any part of its services or content at any time, with or without prior notice. If access to the Site is terminated, your obligations under these Terms of Use—including your warranties, indemnifications, and the limitations of liability—will still remain in effect. ArianaGroup shall not be held liable for any impact caused by such termination.
The failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights under this agreement. ArianaGroup may revise or update the Terms of Use at any time by publishing the changes on the Site. The most recent version of the Terms will override all previous versions.
